Cat In Garden
While in Scotland photographing castles, I came upon one that featured beautiful gardens. I fell in love with this path through a sea of color that led to a solitary tree, which I spent nearly an hour photographing.
While waiting for people to filter out of the scene, this shy black cat slipped out of the bushes and posed long enough for one exposure before retreating from other visitors.
It has become my best-selling image.
